All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday. Signed for delivery.

 

UK - Flat rate £2.49 per 500g. Guaranteed 3 – 5 working days.

International – Flat rate £11.99 per 500g

 

Europe delivery aim: 3 - 7 working days

 

Worldwide delivery (outside the UK & Europe) aim: 9 - 30 working days

 

We take no responsibility for taxes, customs fees or duties on international orders (outside UK). This is the responsibility of the customer.

 

If you have not received your order after 31-40 days we suggest you contact us so we can start investigating.

 

Please be aware that in some cases we may have to split your order into multiple packages to help get the products to you as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

Are your hair care products suitable for everyone?

Yes, all hair care formulas are suitable for men, women and children and can be used on all hair types.

 

What is this clip thing that came with the No Pain Detangler Brush?

Each No Pain Detangler brush comes with a clip accessory that allows for locking the bristles in place. This helps you to customise the brush to your hair needs (thin straight or wavy hair- clip in the top row of pinholes; thick/curly/coily hair – clip in the bottom row to best tackle those tangles)!

 

I’ve got my No Pain Detangler Brush, do I need to detangle every day?

No, at KinksPop we recommend you detangle your hair after washing or at least once per week. We know that detangling tastes a lot of time!

 

How do I place an order?

Add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase and want to make payment, go to the cart and click "checkout". Do not forget to add any applicable discount codes.

Follow the instructions by providing delivery information and select your payment method. Your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours and arrive in a matter of days!

Note if your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday your orders processing time will start the following Monday.

 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, all items are available for wholesale purchase. Simply add 25pcs or more of the same item to your cart and add the discount code “W40” at check out for 40% off the entire order.

Do you Ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship within the UK, Europe and worldwide. 

 

Where are you based?

We are based in London, UK. All our hair care products are handmade in the UK.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14 day Return & Exchange Policy on unused items. 

If 14 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

We cannot issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. if you provided the wrong shipping address)

 

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return.

For a return to be eligible the item(s) must be in an unworn, unused condition and in is the same as you received it in its original packaging.

Please note that our Hair Care products cannot be refunded once opened. Used hair extensions cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.

Note that some types of goods are exempt from being returned. These are perishable and hygienic good like oils, hair extensions, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items include: Downloadable software products, Gift cards and Some health and personal care items 

 

Gifts: If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Email us at hello@kinkspop.com with a brief description of why you'd like to return or exchange a product.

Note We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged and will be for the same product.

Please allow 3-5 days for a response. We will provide the instructions where to send returned goods.

Shipping of refund/exchange:

Products must be shipped back to us in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s).

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping an item over £20 as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Method of Refund:  After we have received and inspected your package, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Following this please allow up to 3 - 5 working days for the refund to be processed to the same form of payment used to purchase our product. 


 

Why have I not received my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only a few items arrived, Why is that?

To ensure your items get delivered to you as quickly as possible we may have to send them separately. Please wait a few days for any additional items to arrive. Note this is usually for bulk orders.

 

My package was returned to sender, what do I do?

Your purchase may have been returned to sender for various reasons such as:

  • Too many failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect or incomplete or unrecognisable delivery address

  • Package has been refused by the recipient

Note that in cases listed above we would require you to cover the cost of any re-posting.
